Mi Casa Su Casa Dinner Kit

 

Some days just call for a quick and easy meal. Add your favorite protein and it's complete!

A one skillet, quick and easy to cook meal made with corn, black beans, rice, peppers and seasoned with lime and a peppercorn blend. Scary delicious to be sure!  

 

Here's what ya need:

14 oz Can Diced Tomatoes, 2 C Water

 Here's what ya do: 

Add tomatoes, water and dry mix in large skillet. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Add choice of cooked protein. Enjoy!
