Night Shift Mac N Cheese Mix
A nod to my past life as a Night Shift Manager. Where the drinks are pouring, the kitchen is loud, Chaos reigns and we are all a little insane.
The perfect after midnight snack? POUTINE! But- make it mac!
Beer cheese blended with brown gravy, a touch of potato, topped with a dash of chives- this is a savory dish you do not want to pass on!
Here's what ya need: 1/2 C Water, 1/3 C Milk, 1TBS Butter
Here's what ya do: Cook noodles in boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Strain out the water. Add the water, milk, butter and cheese packet to pan and stir until well mixed. Add noodles to sauce and stir.
