Coffin Bean Cookie Mix
My favorite coffee is Highlander Grogg.Taking inspo from that blend- this Cookie is rich with flavor. Enjoy an oatmeal Cookie with chocolate and butterscotch chips- packed with flavors of mocha, rum and maple.
What ya need: 1 Egg, ½ cup Melted Butter
What ya do:
Mix all ingredients together. Scoop into one inch balls, spread evenly on your silicone baking mat or greased baking pan. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
