Salsapocalypse- Salsa flavor Corn Bread

Salsapocaypse is a blend of tomatoes, peppers, onion and other spices intended to mimic one of my favorite snacks... BRAINS! I mean.... Salsa. Yea, Salsa. This blend includes pepper flakes for a little extra flavor.
Makes 12 Corn Bread Muffins, or 9 Squares in an 9x9 square pan.
What ya Need: 2 Eggs, 1 cup Milk, ¼ cup Cooking Oil
What ya do: Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a prepared 8x8 pan. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
